This Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Flight Instructor Helicopter Airman Certification Standards softcover book (ACS-29) supersedes the Practical Test Standards (8081-16B), and is the guide for students, instructors, and evaluators to understand what applicants must know, do, and consider to pass their FAA Knowledge Exam and practical (checkride) and earn their flight instructor helicopter rating in the rotorcraft category, helicopter class. Includes Fundamentals of Instructing (FOI) and Flight Instructor Helicopter single-engine and multi-engine (CFI and MEI) tests. This ACS also includes the aeronautical knowledge, risk management, and flight proficiency standards necessary for certification, ACS codes, and the Companion Guide (FAA-G-ACS-2).
